Throughout his career, Duncan has worked across a wide range of projects, giving him a deep understanding of both technical requirements and client needs. Miguel Di Minico

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - NZIQS (Affil)

Miguel began his construction career in 2014 as a metal decking installer and has since advanced through various roles, gaining well-rounded industry experience. Now a qualified Quantity Surveyor (NZDipQS) and Affiliate Member of the NZIQS, he combines hands-on expertise with technical knowledge to deliver accurate cost estimates, manage budgets efficiently, and help ensure projects run smoothly. Miguel is also pursuing a Diploma in Construction Management to further strengthen his skills and industry knowledge.

Regan is an experienced Site Foreman with extensive knowledge of New Zealand’s construction sector. He is well regarded for his strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to coordinate teams effectively on site.
